Proline Pressure Washing, LLC – Inherent Risk Acknowledgment

By agreeing to receive services from Proline Pressure Washing, LLC, the client acknowledges and accepts that pressure washing and soft washing involve inherent risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to: surface damage, discoloration, water intrusion, property wear due to age or existing conditions, and incidental harm to landscaping or exterior materials.

While every effort is made to perform services safely and professionally, Proline Pressure Washing, LLC is not liable for any pre-existing damage or any damage resulting from these inherent risks, especially when they arise from:

• Fragile, deteriorated, or improperly installed materials

• Previously damaged surfaces or hidden defects

• Water intrusion from compromised seals or structures

• Chemical reactions on sensitive surfaces or vegetation

It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of any surfaces, areas, or materials that may require special attention. All services are performed under the assumption that surfaces are in serviceable condition unless otherwise disclosed.

By proceeding with service, the client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of these terms.
