This project involved a combination of pressure washing and controlled soft washing to clean key community surfaces, including driveways, curbing, sidewalks, and stone retaining walls. High-pressure surface cleaning was used on durable flatwork, while soft washing techniques—using professional-grade cleaning agents and a controlled rinse—were applied to delicate or hard-to-reach areas to minimize impact and ensure even coverage. The goal was to restore appearance, remove organic buildup, and improve long-term surface preservation throughout the HOA community in East Cobb.
